🏠 House Rules – Please Read To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by them: ⸻ 🚫 No Parties or Events Parties or events are strictly prohibited. If one is held without prior written approval: • A $500 violation fee will be charged. • You may be asked to vacate the property immediately. • An additional $350 cleaning fee will apply if post-party cleanup is required. 🚭 No Smoking Inside Smoking of any kind is not permitted indoors. Violations will result in: • A $500 penalty, plus • Additional charges to remove smoke odor and damage. 🐾 No Pets We love pets, but unfortunately, we do not allow them at this property. 🚔 No Illegal Substances or Activities The use or possession of illegal drugs or engaging in unlawful activity is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal without refund. 👥 Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The primary guest is responsible for all other guests and visitors. Unapproved visitors may result in cancellation. 🚗 Parking Guidelines • Please use the driveway or garage only. • No street parking or parking on the grass. • A $250 fee applies if parking instructions are not followed. 🛏️ Bedrooms are Food-Free Zones To maintain cleanliness and avoid pests, no eating or drinking in bedrooms, please. 🔇 Quiet Hours To respect our neighbors: • Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Excessive noise may lead to your stay being canceled without refund. ❄️ Thermostat Settings • In summer: Set A/C to 78°F when leaving the home. • In winter: Set heat to 65°F when you go out. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Times Please respect the listed times. If late checkout exceeds 30 minutes and isn’t pre-approved, a $30/hour fee will apply. 🛋️ Furnishings & Décor • Please do not move or rearrange furniture. • Avoid leaning items against or staining walls. • Guests will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear. 🧹 Before You Leave To help us keep the space clean: • Wash any used dishes. • Dispose of all trash in designated bins. 🧼 Excessive Cleaning If the property requires more than standard cleaning, a $150 deep-cleaning fee may apply. 🚘 Towing Disclaimer Please follow parking instructions in your check-in guide. We are not responsible for any towing or related fines. 🛠️ Damage or Maintenance Issues If anything breaks or isn’t working, please notify us right away so we can address it quickly and avoid further damage or inconvenience. 🧺 Linens & Towels Please do not use bath towels or linens to remove makeup, clean shoes, etc. If linens are stained beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged. 🆘 Emergency Access In case of an emergency, we may enter the property without advance notice, but you will be notified immediately. For non-urgent matters, we will always provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please remember to turn off the outdoor lights when not in use, especially at night, to help conserve energy and maintain the serene ambiance of the neighborhood. We appreciate your cooperation

For your safety and to protect personal belongings, we ask that guests avoid the closet in the master bathroom behind the storage shelf, as it is reserved for storage and not available for guest use.
