My family and friends had a great experience on our stay at Paul's place. It had all the space we needed, and we felt right at home. Paul was very attentive and a great host.

We were a group of 8 & were so spoiled with lots of space! I picked it mainly for the pool but also so each of us would have a bed to comfortably sleep on & I'm so glad. The beds and linens were a treat! We really enjoyed using the kitchen, although I recommend bringing your own paper plates and cups. The a/c worked through the weekend we were there; nothing better than coming to a home that feels fresh after a day out. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working properly but Paul's guidance to reset it worked like a charm. He was super attentive and responsive to questions whenever I would reach out. I got the sense that Paul really cares about your experience here and was so willing to fix things asap. The location was great too. It was quiet, which is expected in a residential zone, and it was gorgeous how green everything was. Uber/Fetii/Instacart had no problem finding us. 10/10 recommend this listing to groups because I know I would book it again in a heartbeat for another trip!

Paul was really kind and helpful. He even checked in on us when we checked in which is something that is rarely done by host. His home was well kept and beautiful for my large group. I had to do an early checkout due to an emergency and he was very understanding and nice. I will book again if I ever need somewhere to stay in the Atlanta area!

This place was wonderful. Felt like home and my family and I love it .The home was spacious and cozy . Paul was amazing and very attentive. He communicated very welled . If I could give this place a perfect 10 I would. Definitely recommend staying here .

I just want to say I’m so happy I went with Paul hosue, it had so much room for all of us, super clean super beautiful felt just like home and the pool was amazing. I’ll definitely be booking with him again the next time I come to Atl. Thank you so much Paul

Very nice house. Lots of space and room. House was clean and felt very comfortable. Great location. I would have liked to have more items in the kitchen to choose from but we still got the job done. Charcoal grill was in great condition. Lovely house. I would definitely recommend any family to stay there. Our host Paul was quick to respond to the two questions I had. check in and check out was easy.

We had a great experience staying here! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and located in a safe, quiet area. We didn’t arrive until after 3 AM, but check-in was still smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long drive. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this Airbnb — would definitely stay again!

I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described—if not better. Everything was well maintained, and you could tell the host put thought into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. From the cozy setup to the small touches that made it feel like home, I truly enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and QUIET! Wow. The host was also amazing—communicative, kind, and respectful of my privacy. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and check-in/check-out was super smooth. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb!
